Equipment Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from Scottsdale Supplies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Equipment Use

• Equipment is rented for the reserved booking period only.

• Equipment must be returned immediately upon expiration of the rental period unless additional time has been reserved.

• Equipment may only be used within the warehouse property unless prior written permission has been granted.

• The renter agrees to operate all equipment safely and responsibly.

Qualified Operators

The renter represents that anyone operating the equipment is qualified and capable of doing so safely. Scottsdale Supplies does not provide operator training or certification.

Condition of Equipment

Equipment is provided in good working condition. The renter agrees to inspect the equipment before use and notify Scottsdale Supplies immediately of any damage or mechanical issues.

Damage and Loss

The renter accepts full responsibility for any damage, misuse, theft, or loss of the equipment while it is in their possession or control.

The renter agrees to reimburse Scottsdale Supplies for reasonable repair or replacement costs resulting from damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Return of Equipment

Equipment must be returned to its designated storage location in clean condition at the end of the rental period.

Additional rental charges may apply if equipment is returned late.

Assumption of Risk

The renter understands that use of warehouse equipment involves inherent risks, including property damage, personal injury, or death.

The renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scottsdale Supplies shall not be liable for any injuries, property damage, loss of inventory, lost profits, business interruption, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use the rented equipment.

Indemnification

The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Scottsdale Supplies, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the renter's use of the equipment.

Acceptance

By completing a rental reservation and submitting payment, the renter confirms that they have read and agree to these Equipment Rental Agreement terms.
