To Clean:
Apply a nonabrasive cleaner of your choice to surface, then wipe the surface with a microfiber or soft lint free cloth. Make sure to wipe the surface in the direction of the grain.
Once you have finished wiping the entire surface, rinse your cloth, then wipe again, repeating until clean.
Dry the cleaned surface with a fresh microfiber or soft cloth.
Finish the job by dabbing your dry cloth with a little olive oil, mineral oil or baby oil, and smoothing it over the surface. This will add shine and get rid of any remaining streaks and help prevent fingerprints.
